We are so excited to be able to entertain the Govenor General Award winnerat CafeBooks

Kate Pullinger was born in Cranbrook BC, and moved to London, England in 1982. Her eighth novel, The Mistress of Nothing, was the winner of the 2009 Governor General’s Award for Fiction.  Her most recent books include A Little Stranger, Weird Sister, and the short story collection My Life as a Girl in a Men’s Prison. She co-wrote the novel of the film The Piano with Jane Campion.  Her digital fiction projects include the award-winning graphic novel, 'Inanimate Alice'.  She is Reader in Creative Writing and New Media at De Montfort University. www.katepullinger.com
